Choose Bugalugs Lavender & Chamomile or Kiwi & Aloe shampoo, both with conditioner included. Use the labelled buttons, then rinse thoroughly.

Use the dryer or bring a towel for the finishing touch.

Do I need to book?

No. Pupwash is self-service. Visit during your location's opening hours and use the station when it's available.

What should I bring?

Your dog, a lead and a contactless payment card. Choose Bugalugs Lavender & Chamomile or Kiwi & Aloe shampoo, both with conditioner included. The dryer is also provided. A towel can be useful, especially for dogs who prefer it to the dryer.

Are all locations open 24 hours?

Airdrie, Stirling and Dundee are listed as open 24 hours. Paisley is listed as 9am to 6pm daily. Check the locations page before travelling.

Can I buy a Pupwash machine?

Yes. We offer machines and complete kiosks for businesses. Visit our machines page to compare options and start an enquiry.

What if my dog is nervous?

Stay beside your dog, introduce the equipment gradually and take your time. Bring a towel if your dog is uncomfortable with the dryer. Stop if your dog becomes distressed.
